I placed an order for Stanley cups. Beginning of may. The tracking showed it got send to a fake address not even in my state. I emailed them. They keep telling me the warehouse will be sending me my cups, but the wont give me a tracking number and im still out of my cups. I asked for a refund and they just keep saying cups are at the warehouse. I have sent them my address many of time. They won't give me a phone number to call to talk to anyone.

I have been unsuccessful in reaching the company outlined in this report in order to discuss details of the purchase that was never received. An initial confirmation of my order was received through my email, as well as a tracking number for the purchase. However, when selecting the tracking number it directs me to an unknown, and blank link, resulting in a blank page. Other than the email listed within this complaint there are no other means of communication to reach them. After further investigation there are also multiple reviews of this fraudulent company online, of others that never received their items and were unable to reach them.

This looked like it was Dick Sporting Goods and had a good sale. The person used brand name merchandise, showed reviews, pictures, asked for credit card information.

Link posted on Facebook for 2 Stanley tumblers for $29.99. Charge was made in France.

A friend shared the Stanley website with a page full of discounted Stanley cups. Thought it was a great deal for Mother’s Day weekend and order 3 for the discounted price of $34.99. I was skeptical but went with it since the site was legit (or looked it). A red flag popped up when I never received a confirmation email. Checked the contact us page and it was full of a scammers fake info. Emailed the person without a response.
