Instagram ads for a sale. Website appears to be a Stanley website. Tracking information only comes on request and customer service is strange email. Two separate purchases and each charged by a different name. Tracking website claims large items were delivered to mailbox. Each order shows "delivered" to completely different cities/states than shipping address.

I ordered what I thought were legit Stanley tumblers from an ad on Instagram on May 12 (order 12357). The price should have been an indication of a scam but I ordered 2 for a total of approx $33. Took a while to get a tracking number and then it seemed to be some Chinese shipping company and it never showed a status. Contacted the only email on my order confirmation ([email protected]) and there's always a delay and vague explanation. Eventually tracking shows package was delivered to a warehouse in FL. I've emailed several times (9+) inquiring about my order. Just received another response (Sept 8)

Hello, we have urged the warehouse to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible, please wait patiently, thank you.

Customer Service Center"

I canceled my credit card back in May but am still out $3 3 and very frustrated!

I saw an ad for 2 Stanley 40oz tumblers on Mother's day 2023 from an ad on Instragram. I made a purchase and was charged $29.99 plus .30c to my checking account. I asked the bank to dispute it bc I wrote the company after I had tracked it and it stated delivered to an address in Florida yet I live in N.C. The company said they'd try to locate it and resend but I have emailed them 1/2 dozen times and they have not corrected it or granted my request for a refund. This is a SCAM. I just looked online and saw that others have recently reported the same claims.

They are selling fake Stanley cups very cheaply. My order, according to tracking was delivered to Fort Lauderdale, FL. I live in Iowa.

I emailed them and was told they are searching for my package. I told them it was delivered in Florida and I live in Iowa and even sent them a screenshot of the tracking information. They just keep responding that they are looking for my package. I requested a refund several times as well.

Counterfeit website posing as authentic. Purchased unknowingly and items never arrived. Tracking provided routes to Asian tracking showing deliver in a different city. Email response was to contact USPS but the tracking and additional research shows the website is a scam.

An instagram add came on my feed for Stanley cups priced at $19.99. It also had the Dicks Sporting Good logo so I assumed they were affiliated. I bought 2 cups with the total being $29.99 and later realized this was a scam site. It’s for Stanley1913us.com. I did not receive the cups.
