Purchased a Stanely cup online. Was given a tracking number and it showed the item coming from China. Over the next couple of weeks it showed that it made it to California and then it showed the item as "lost in transit". I emailed the company and they told me they would ship a new item 10-15 days later. After that time period I inquired on the status and they emailed me back saying "The order is still being prepared, the tracking number will be issued later, please wait patiently." At that point I requested my money to be refunded and didn't get a response.
