There's a bank listed called Texas Capital Bank, address 2000 McKinney Ave, Ste 700 Dallas, TX 75201. Check no. 283781. The amount is $1,223.00. The envelope came by FedEx Priority Overnight from 2030 Brandon Shores Rd, Baltimore, Maryland 21226.
