This was the message sent to me “Hi ***** My name is Belinda. I'm reaching out to you because we recently received your application for Remote Customer Service and we would love to set up an interview with you via zoom for tomorrow. My hiring manager has tomorrow at 11:00 AM EST. Would that time work for you? You're receiving this message from a recruiter/hiring manager at SRM Staffing. If you would like to stop these messages going forward, please reply with OPT OUT. Msg & Data rates may apply.”

I did not respond so no further communication followed.

Answered call with automated voice that identified themselves as a staffing website and then said, "Can you hear me alright" - when you say No, it automatically disconnects.

They called and quickly said they were calling from a staffing company and that they seen I recently applied for a job with them, they then paused a moment and said "can you hear me" I replied with "I never applied for a job". They didn't say anything after that they just hung up.
