I received 3 inferior t-shirts that were Christmas presents. I followed the instructions regarding contacting them via e-mail. They did not respond for weeks. When they responded they requested a picture that I immediately sent via e-mail. Since then, I have sent 3 more e-mails. I have also contacted them through their FaceBook and Instagram accounts. They have deleted their Twitter account. They do not respond to me.
