On March 9, 2024 the person posted an available puppy for sale on Facebook page English Bulldog Puppies - Stacy Lynn is the poster and an admin of the page. I pm’d her for more information where she told me about the male puppy his pedigree the cost etc. I then paid a down payment of 600 to her via PayPal friends and family of Richard Palmer plus the fee. She sent me a contract with the puppies information. The puppy was to have final shots in March 15 and we arranged for pickup on March 17. On March 15th I get messages from her saying she was at the Vet and was trying to reach me. She asked that I pay 450.00 to the vet instead of herself to cover the cost. This was my second payment described in the contract. I paid via PayPal to user Mbodji Namata 450 plus’s pp fees in March 15. She confirmed they received and noted I must not have used Friends and Family because they had a hold on their receipt side. We then discussed transfer of puppy where she stated she could not meet due to other plans and offered a Nanny Service. She communicated that she talked to the service and they gave her a fee of 200 where they would deliver the puppy to my home address on Saturday March 16. I paid the balayage of 550 via PayPal to Richard Palmer. On March 16 Stacy told me the carrier picked up the puppy from her location in Texarkana and I would receive an email from Global Express to confirm information. She said she was delivering another puppy to Little Rock but would keep me informed of Winston’s travel. I received the email from Global Express paid the 200 via cash app $shatice24 “Diamond” then received another email from them stating I need to rent a crate for 800 then the carrier can deliver the puppy. Payment was to be made via cash app with no contract but they promised it would be refunded. I did not pay this and reached out to Stacy Lynn. The carrier stated the puppy was in Amarillo which is 12 hours from Texarkana. Stacy refused to provide an address where I could pick up the puppy I could not get proof puppy was transferred to carrier. Stacy had provided pictures of puppy with her child and videos of the puppies with parents.

She will not refund what I paid and she will not provide the puppy’s location which confirms the scam. She is not worried about the health of the puppy which means he either doesn’t exist and the transfer to the carrier never happened. Again just supports that this was a scam.
