Stacy Toyin contacted me about a personal assistant job that paid $300 weekly and required 4 to 8 hours a week. Though I thought it could be a scam, I continued to text her. She told me she was going to send me a check for me to cash, but when the "check" arrived, it was a box of checks with my name and address on it to a bank account I did not have. I confronted her and she said it was like my share to her account. She told me to write a check to myself and deposit it into my actual bank account. I called the bank that was on the checks she gave me. The bank account those checks were attached to was a closed account, and there was not ever opened by Stacy Toyin. I did not get scammed, but if I did not call the bank and ask, she would have got all my information.
