I purchased stack shoe boxes and paid for my order online and received a tracking number. After a few weeks, nothing arrived. I went back to the site and the website no longer works and there is no email response.

They advertised on the app Snapchat. I placed the order on February 5, 2023. Contacted the company March 3, 2023 because I did not receive my order. They emailed back saying they will look into it with the fulfillment company and get back to me. It is now March 15, 2023 and the page for their website is no longer available. And no one is responding back to my emails regarding my order.

I made my first purchase for the stacked shoe boxes and paid for expedited shipping then it alerted me for 30% off my next purchase within 15 minutes so I did another purchase and paid for expedited shipping again. I still have not received my product nor are they responding to my emails. Tracking number says label created but not shipped. Purchased on Feb. 27, 2023
