Hi there I purchased a computer from these guys about 3 weeks ago the computer was supposed to have 32 gigs of RAM I have constantly been in communication with this company they are trying to refer me over to their vendor that wants me to return this computer even though it has personal information on it I refuse to do so I have asking for $100 of my $349 that I paid for a computer because it only has 8 GB of RAM they are well aware of the fact that they are selling this computer and making it look like it has more memory than it does they have did this time and time again they are scamming people they do not stand behind their name whatsoever I do not have the means to get to town to return this computer to whoever they purchased it from they keep trying to refer me to them I told them I get business with them not with their vendor I want my $100 refunded back to my account which is only fair because I was only sold a portion of the computer that I was promised they refuse to stand behind their name so here we are
