We purchased two dresses on the website and we spoke to their Customer Service via text prior to purchasing this address where they told us exactly how to measure our body to purchase the dress proper

The dress arrived and it was two sizes too large. We immediately the same day put in a ticket per their policy to request to return the address and get a refund.

They offered $35 to keep the dress and not make them return the dress

We told them this was unacceptable and wanted a full return because we were within our 14 day return policy per their return policy. They then offered us $40 to keep the address and told us it would be easier for us to sell it on our own.

We have been in communication with them every day for the past three weeks, requesting our full refund because we have followed the policy to return the addresses per their online policy

Horrible return policy and customer service. A true scam. There are better places to buy from that will accomodate a return. They say that they accept returns on non custom orders but all orders are custom because they make them for you when you order it (supposedly). It took a week to get here, not sure how it was made and shipped from the UK so quickly as they cited customs and shipping back to the UK as a problem for the return. The return label on the item was from California, not sure why I have to ship back to the UK. Their comments do not add up. False advertising,

They will not take returns. The wording for their return policy is misleading. They will off to give you $15-30 and offer for you to keep the dresses. Part of the response I was given, “You can resell them for a profit. And we will not resell any dress that has been returned. Instead, we will store them in our warehouse or donate them.” As a business selling bridesmaids dresses, they should take returns. Often people order multiple sizes or styles to find the right one. The fact that they present themselves like a typical business but don’t accept returns like every other company is absurd. It comes off as a scam.

I purchased a dress in 2 sizes from this online retailer, and when I attempted to return the 1 size I was informed that they do not accept returns for any reason. This is not made clear on their website or in any information about the company. And it is very unusual for an online retailer to not accept any returns. When I requested the return, the only option they gave me was to pay an additional $60 for another dress. They would not refund my money and were asking for additional money.

The target audience for this retailer are teen girls who will be in this same position when they purchase from this website. All online retailers offer some kind of return, refund or store credit for a purchase.

The public should be made aware of this practice from this retailer so people are not in the same position.

Rachel is a customer service chat bot that does not appear to be the person in the picture. The chat uses different people using a stock image to portray an identity. When asking questions about their return policy, they are evasive and I believe the company does not use ethical business practices. I have heard of complaints on quality, that they are difficult to get a hold of and they do not grant refunds.

When writing a detailed email asking questions about the return policy, a shipping cost of $30 and where dresses are sent from, again, this rep, Vincent, was also extremely evasive and did not answer my questions. Out of the two representatives, this is generally the auto response or info given and do not answer any other questions.

For standard size dress, please don't worry about return, if the dress doesn't fit you well, please feel free to contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, we will help you to fix this out. But please understand that the original return shipping fee will not be returned if there are no quality problems.“

Purchased two homecoming dresses. Contacted them via their online chat before placing the order to ensure they would be delivered in time for the event. I was assured if I placed the order they would arrive in time. They arrived 3 days late and did not fit per their own sizing guide posted on their website. Their website states they will refund if a mistake was made on their part. I've tried for 4 weeks to get information to return and receive a refund. Their ticket response was the following "resell the dresses at the local second-market or keep for the next event, is it reasonable?"

I spent $210 dollars and want a full refund. I responded it was not reasonable and I wanted a full refund, to which they responded "of course we accept requests for standard size returns, but considering to reduce the return cost, time and energy, we provide available advice to customers before return dress, just hope to reduce customer's loss." Then in the same email they stated "So we suggest you keep them, as buying a dress like this in a store can be expensive. We are willing to reimburse you $50 directly, then you keep the dress directly. Here is a good suggestion, you can resell the dress to others to get some income. Because if you insist on sending it back, the delivery is unstable and have some risks, including to the lost, damaged and tariff. If so, you will lose a lot, even we can't receive it, which means we can't refund for you. Hope you can understand."

I've tried to contact them stating this is unacceptable. I've left a review on their website. This is not a legitimate business and there posted statement on returns is false.

I purchased a dress from Stacees.com. The colors in the dress I received did not match the picture. The company would not accept a return and wanted me to pay more money for a new dress. Then they offered me $25. The company stopped answering my emails. I have lost $180.
