Stacee is a bridal dress website. I ordered 2 dresses, and felt comfortable doing so because of their "worry-free" returns. When the dresses arrived and were garbage, I contacted them about a return. They have continued for almost 2 weeks thru daily emails back and forth to stall, make excuses, and offer me $15 for dresses I paid over $250 for. After my experience, I looked online and found that this is Stacee's pattern and practice to never allow a refund or return to any customer, regardless of the policy stated on their website.
