I am not a 100% sure about this, however I just revived a call and didn't answer and they left a message saying my insurance provider denied my claim that happens to be 2+ years ago (I have changed providers since then) and wanted to update my info with a new carries and to call him back. I have tried to call it back and it wants me to leave a message of know that persons extension #. again just wanted to give someone a heads up on this just in case it is a scam.
