SSLGuru called our company and said that they were our internet certificate company and that we had to renew right away to get our website working. I asked several times if we renewed with them before and they stated yes. So I was misinformed and renewed with them and they took my credit card info. A couple days later I found out that they are not our people we usually renew with. I called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said no problem and then sent us a invoice that was stamped refunded. I kept checking my bank statements and no refund was ever received. I called for 3 months trying to get a hold of billing to discuss where the refund was and they ignored every message we left. Finally I called the sales department figured they would answer the call to get a sale but I told them I needed billing dept and told them they do not reply. So I waited on the phone 30 minutes for the billing dept to take my call and when the lady got on the phone she said that she was not going to refund us because

it is too late, she said they only give you 30 days. If she would of called me back when we started calling them this would not be the case, nor did anyone mention they were not refunding us only giving us a credit. Very fraudulant company and they are also very rude to their customers.
