Type of a scam Online Purchase
It is illegal to deface the currency of just about any countries currency. The so called 'Expensive SPECIAL cleaning chemical' is in fact ascorbic acid= orange juice some times mixed with perfume and the "chemical" used to deface or blacken the money is Iodine.
Facebook have been advised many times about allowing this scam to be posted on Facebook but will not act in accordance with their community standards and suspend this scam.
