Microsoft Tech Support Scam

Called this number -888-424-3412 as listed in a Google search for Microsoft Outlook support services. The tech rep took over my computer and allegedly found 51 instances of virus/bugs and said it would cost $9 per instance and 2 hours to repair. This is a complete scam. Please protect yourself.

I was having trouble with my computer. Someone had taken over my email and other things. I went to Microsoft for help amd than these people called. I was told my computer was corrupted, but they could fix it, so I paid it and they took over my computer for a few hours. This was in Nov. of 2023 and now they are calling again telling my email has been corrupted again and want more money to fix it. To start it was Kevin Cooper/Justin Manual calling, now it is **** and ***. Payments are going to Eagle Rise LLC. Address originally used was *** ** ****** ***** **** *** ****** ** *****.
