We have had a similar experience with Nat Arevalo, he stole over $38,000 dollars. He made claims he was purchasing materials and equipment which he never did. he clamed he paid sub contractors, he never did. He just stole the monies and made numerous promises to do the work, return the money, etc... Nothing ever happened.

I hired this individual Nat Arevalo to do a job at my home to renovate the kitchen, a three-quarter bathroom and do my flooring. This individual lied about being licensed. This individual lied about jobs he completed. This individual stole my money never purchased material i went to pick out with him. He asked for 1/2 deposit up front and then filed bankruptcy 2 weeks later. I paid this individual $24,000 wire transfer I paid $5000 cabinet deposit extra I paid him $12,211 for appliances he said he would purchase at a discount and never did and he got a credit of $10,000 for a car that I did get returned because title was never transferred and he had no choice but to return the vehicle before I reported it stolen. He lied about giving subcontractors deposits that we have in writing that he never gave them a one penny. He stole over $40,000 from my family. He left me a letter in my car Upon returning the car admitting he felt he owed a refund of $25593 plus $4000 and he was going to show up with a cashiers check and never showed. We are now in court and I’m suing him And going to file a lawsuit for fraud. He continues to work and has lied to the courts about his assets and no longer working. This individual took it advantage of our family after the loss of our mother/grandmother And needed to renovate our home and he saw an opportunity to steal our families inheritance. I have countless text message and email chains proving his promises his lies and what he did not deliver. He left my house completely got it and kept promising the work would be done and never showed. I have countless witnesses of what he did not complete and the lies he told and the money that he stole. I completely feel violated by this individual and what he did to our family and I don’t want this to happen to any other individuals out there we want what is right and our money returned.
