I placed an order through PayPal which was never received. I never received an order confirmation nor tracking. I emailed them and got no response. I made a complaint through PayPal, the company sent a UPS tracking number (within PayPal) but the item never showed up and although it should have been a couple pounds, the UPS information said 97.5 lbs. I need the items so I place a second smaller order through the same website, again using PayPal; this time the PayPal transaction used a different company name (neither matched the company website name and a different email address than the first PayPal transaction). Again, I never received an order confirmation nor tracking. I'm filing another complaint through PayPal. None of the contact links on the website work nor is their a contact phone number.
