I've had no problems.

I've ordered on five different occaisions with no problems. It's one person doing it all. So I'm fine with being patient. Good product... I think she needs more people working for her or with her. I have 2 dogs, and both love her antlers. I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Placed a $100 order in November 2021. Never received products or refund and it’s been months. Numerous attempts to contact and she had an excuse (finger cut, mail misdelivered) for everything. She would not provide a tracking number either despite having paid a hefty shipping fee. Now, she will no longer respond at all. I trusted Julie Brown would do the right thing and come through but now I see her change her name to Julie Mari and still selling in lines via various online dog groups. She is nothing more than a thief, stealing money. BUYER BEWARE

Julie Brown of SRF Elk Antler Chews pedals her antlers in various dog groups and on dog pages. There are dozens of people who have complained that they have not gotten their orders. She would say it was being sent out, but the orders are frequently never sent out. She will stop replying to people, citing ongoing Facebook Messenger issues. It does not matter whether people are contacting her on her business page, or through her personal page, she has an excuse for everything. As she does not accept regular PayPal, getting a refund from her is exceptionally difficult, as they frequently cannot be disputed through the methods of payment she will take, such as Cash App or Zelle. Buyer Beware.
