SR Pago Tour Vacation Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Arcadia, FL, USA • Apr 17, 2024

I received a call from SR Pago Tour that I was selected for a vacation package because I am a member of Marriott. The offer was: 5 days/4 nights all inclusive vacation - 10 options for Mexico and US - must do a 90-minute tour with Blue World Marketing on first day; plus a bonus 8 days/7 nights cruise or worldwide stay for up to 6 family members; plus an additional 8 days/7 night cruise or worldwide destination for up to 6 family members. The cost was $1,198 plus $150 activation fee. Spoke with Sabrina Manzano (Sales Manager) and Manny Torres (verification department). Received call the next day from Haviar confirming package. Received email with all the information on "company letterhead". Phone number to call for reservations: 866.836.7889, extension 5006. I have never been able to get a hold of anyone to use my vacations that I purchased. The number is no longer in service. I have tried to dispute the charge with Chase, they are of no help. I called Marriott Bonvoy customer service, Marriott vacation package, Marriott Corporate, and no one can help.
