Type of a scam Tech Support
She said she was with Microsoft, she said to leave computer on, my I-phone, and my I-Pad.
When all the corrections were done she said a receipt would be on my screen.
She said she was with Microsoft, then they proceeded to work and fix the problems.
Total amount was $540.00, I did cancel my credit card, and reported to them that I had been scammed!
So, I wanted to report it to you, because I am sure there are others out there!
