Type of a scam Online Purchase
So before purchasing this app I reviewed app and policy. I looked to see if there was free trial to test product. The website search engine said there was no free trial but was a demo. The search engine suggest said after review of demo to purchase the app and it was not 100% satisfied within a certain amount of days can be fully refunded my money. Enter reviewing refund policy and viewing demo I thought this would be the app I needed. After purchasing the app and trying to use the app it was nothing like the demo and every time I clicked on any of the features supposedly supposed to be on the app would reroute me to and app store to purchase other apps for the functioning of the app I have already purchased I feel like I was robbed on my money. I reached out to customer service for refund and they kept referring me back to refund policy so I would read and reread the policy just to find that I was with them reasons of refund I emailed back and forth to representative just to be denied a refund and this has been a poor experience and I want everyone to be warned of this scam.
