I booked a photobooth service for a company party. The website had many nice photo examples. I booked the highest priced package along with a 2 hour roaming photographer add on. Here is everything the package claims to include:

After I booked throught their website and included my credit card information, I received a confirmation email. After that I never heard back from anyone to discuss or confirm event details or to begin working on the custom logo design. I reached out via email to inquire and did not hear back. I called and spoke to an extremely rude person named Kyle. He said he would get back to me. After several calls, I finally got an email response from Riley who claims to be the events director. It was very difficult to get clear answers to any of my questions. I never received a final draft or proof of the logo design for approval. I asked repeatedly whether the 1920s themed props would be included and they said yes. On the day of the event, a young man dressed unprofessional was standing out in front of the hotel where our event was to take place. He was late and didn't even know the name of the company he was there to work for. The roaming photographer never arrived and when I inquired about it, he had no idea what I was talking about. His set up was the most unprofessional photobooth I have ever seen. He he a cardboard box and suitcase on the floor in the corner next to a wrinkled curtain. I had asked for a black sequin curtain and clearly that is not what we received. The props never made it either. He has having issues with the software and the line to take a photo was getting extremely line and hardly moved. The photo quality itself was horrible. He had a large home printer on a table with trash next to it. In the blurry photos you can see the camera angle was crooked and the top of the wrinkled curtain showed. We never had the ability to text the photo images of GIFs. Everything was a total disaster. I called and left a message. I also emailed and was told I would receive a call today. Still no call so I called them myself from a blocked number and Kyle was extremely rude and said he would look into it and get back to me. I won't hold my breath. This company is a total sham. I found an unclaimed yelp page with several 1 star reviews from upset customers who how very similar experiences.
