Order "delivered" to another state

I ordered a fishing cart from what appeared to be a US based company. SPORTSZEA is a complete farce. They sent an order confirmation and a day later a tracking number. It was then that I realized they were based in China. When 17track continued to provide shipping information I had hope that everything would be ok, until my package was delivered to NY. I have emailed the "company" numerous times with zero response. When I tried to call the number listed it says the number is restricted. I tried emailing several more times to no avail. I am trying to find out how to flag this website so others don't fall prey to them. Unfortunately I didn't read all of the reviews before I stupidly placed my order. So sad the state of this world and the sheer number of people willing to cheat and steal from others. My only solace is the knowledge that there will be judgment in the end.
