While in line at Budget Rental Car at RDU airport, they had posters online posts with QR Scan code for Budget Rental Car and Avis Rental Car that you could use to check in online so that when you reached the front everything would be in place. Well, when you scan the code, it brings up Budget Rental Car however once you complete the information including your credit card information it becomes Sportssplash.com a sports betting membership subscription $34.55 recurring charge! The tollfree number representatives are liars who will tell you nothing has been charged, and they will cancel and send cancellation email. They did not do that and they charged my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and fraud investigation is underway. I have cancelled the card and a new is being issued. I have contacted the NC Attorney General Office as well.
