I found this site on Facebook and I purchased what I had hoped to be christmas gifts for my family. I received an email receipt and my payment went through on November 1st. I've continued to email them asking where my product is and if it's been shipped and I haven't received a status at all on if it's shipped yet. All I've been told is that either there have been "technical problems in the ordering system" or "it's still in production". It's been roughly three weeks, a package would've normally been shipped by now even if there's been delay. Now I'm out 175$ and Christmas is coming and I have a big family to get gifts for.

Online purchase was for a Husky/Seahawks sports sweatshirt and my card was charged, but the product never came. Tried to email for support but did not receive any return call. Website posts that they are a BBB business, but they are not listed on the BBB website.

Now I have a pending fraudulent charge for a business listed as "Summit View LLC."
