Received a messade from a friend on facebook asking do I know about the TCF grant Program. Responded no & looked up the program. Received a 2nd message with ??. I told her I looked it up but was confused about the program. She immediately told me she received the grant and didnt have to pay the monies back. She said to text them(above number) tell them she referred me & they will send me the forms to complete. She also stated, to keep her informed. Minutes later, saw a message that my friend account was hacted. Looked up the program again, saw many complaints, the program is a scam.
