Called and phone number appeared as No Caller ID. When I finally answered, said that I had won PCH and would I be home in an hour to collect. I said I would call back, he, Paul Grant, gave me his number. When I called back, got his voicemail stating he was with PCH, but it did not sound right. Researched the number and found two other complaints about this number online.
