Calling on my cell phone....left message saying "welcome to Eversource this is an automated call to inform you that your account reflects of disconnection order taking place today due to nonpayment history; press two to be transferred to our billing dept.-pls contact us at 257-947-5810 to avoid disconnection sorry for any inconvenience this may cause thank you for choosing Eversource."\

The caller came up on my phone as a Danbury, CT number.

I called Eversource and they confirmed this is a scam. I have always paid my bills on time and in full, so I knew something was fishy. If you receive a call from them do not give any account information and do not pay your "bill" that is "overdue" over the phone (i.e, release any bank information or credit card information) as this is a scam!
