The company used a Macy's department logo. I thought I was ordering from Macy's. After two weeks I inquired about my merchandise and was sent an email from Irene, customer service, stating "It was on its way just held up at the airport." When I checked the website it said my package was delivered. I was home all day on the day they claim it was delivered and received no package. When I went to email Irene of customer service the website had been taken down.
