used servise 1 time dec. 2014,for .98 cents to find location of friend ,cancelled service.repeat charge of 19.95 a mo. until now 3 25 17 for a total of 540.00,called bank today to follow up on charge, i thought it was a charge for a old cell phone of my wifes. called them today they said they would stop the charge to my bank.i told them i wanted repayed my money back.they told me they would take off 19.95 for this months charge.i said no,no not enough he said let me talk to my manager,he came back said, they would give me back 3 months for 59.95.i said this is wrong i want my money back or ill take legal action.he says let me talk to my manager,he comes back and says they can pay back 1 year and that is it 239.40 and it will take 5 business days to go in my bank account on 4 4 17.i told him they should pay all my money back.he said they can only pay for 1 years there records dont go back past that .i agreed put my money back in my acount .it better be in tere by 4 4 17.he said it will be and give me a transaction number ***. im waiting now for 4 4 17 to see if they follow threw with my money. even if they pay that im still out 300.00 dollars.this has to be stopped and i should get all my money back .its a scam,there web site is full of compaints from peaple being stollen from by this company by automatic bank withdrawals monthly untill they finally notice charge and call to stop this.they need to be stopped and i should recieve all my money back *** *** .olathe ks.
