Man asked for a deposit on a puppy by CashAp, Zellepay, Venmo or AmEx prepaid card. We've purchased a dog online before and used paypal, they will dispute a transaction if you do not get the dog. She paid it by CashApp. When one App didn't go through (Zelle ) he gave us other apps (Cashapp & Venmo ) they ALL HAD DIFFERET USER NAMES. Day before we're supposed to go get the dog he says his wife sold the dog to another family and she wants the full payment to give the dog to us. If we want to back out thats fine and he'd refund us the money given. My daughter paid it. He let us drive 8 hours to vermont, it was an old ladies address with a disabled adult child. Scared because people were showing up and getting angry and yelling at her. No longer answered the phone. Ignored all text.

To start with he kept asking How soon do you want the puppy? How fast do you want the puppy? I was told a real breeder will NEVER ask this question!!! We Will Ship It! (extra 3-400$ out the window if you do that ) They will only take payment by CashApp Venmo, Zellepay, or prepaid cards if you give them the numbers . THESE COMPANIES WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.

Chief of Detectives tried to track him, Said his first name is actually MARKELL but he changes his last name constantly. Moves constantly.
