Cookie the Psychic advisor at 106 East 31st Street first started with a palm reading, then advised for a tarot reading that was higher price listed than postings in her building. She said her credit card machine was broken and that I would need to take out cash as well as purchase an amex card for her at Duane Reade. To lift the darkness and heal "3 blocked chakras" she claimed it would be a $5,800 process normally but that she would do it for $3,000. She took $500 from me for initial investment and said we could work on payment plan. Cookie told me not to tell anyone about our meetings or the prayers and work would all be nullified. She then began texting and calling about next appointment. For the follow up appointment she said she would need to prepare 'image candles' that were full body size for myself and a man, also that she would need to dress them as if it was for a wedding. She said because I was busy with work that I could open a credit card at Bloomingdales and she would do the dress shopping for me. I felt anxious and worried that every time I saw her or spoke to her there was a new curse or fee I had to pay for. I have blocked her number and hope that she doesn't take advantage of gullible people in the future.
