Scam haven't received my orders or heard anything about them

Namaskar from Guyana .Around end of march , 2022 i was scammed 56 usd for 2 parcels of crystals which never arrived. Communication was impossible and no refund was given despite promises to.
My account showed item was delivered and that i received but this is false .Upon enquiry, they apologised and asked that i wait some more .But still no crystals came.

I have been requesting a refund for over 6 weeks now with the same email coming to me - just wait or please be patient. Now it's the order was returned by customs. If I knew that would be shipping from Chia i never would have ordered. I will be disputing the charge through my credit card company asap.

I ordered my son's first crystal set from these crooks on December 2, they assured me it would be here before Christmas. Tracking says it's still in China and if I had known, I would have never bought junk from China!

I ordered $288.25 worth of products and the company did not deliver and after initial communication they will not respond to my concerns.

I purchased $222.84 worth of crystals from Spirit Magicka back on 10/1/2020. I still have not received anything in the mail. I’ve reached out to them several times and just keep getting the same response over and over and over.
I don’t know what to do at this point. This place is a scam and the “Autumn” that signs all of the emails is a fake person.
I’m going to find a way to report them and get my money back. If anyone has any ideas on that; please tell me!

I ordered crystals May 13,2020 and have tried contacting several times...they keep saying its on its way. AND ive asked for a refund twice? i dont get it? here is one of the emails
