Initially visited a website looking for a back stretcher. Seemed legit based on the reviews I read so I purchased a full package on 7/16/2021 with a promise to receive the product in 5-7 business days. I received a confirmation that the order was placed and the 'order in process state' is where it has remained up to the writing of the post. I followed up on 7/22, 7/24, 7/26, and still no response. I located the facebook page and attempted contacting through messenger, again no response. Email and also the contact page on the website.
