I initially placed an online order for two products through the website spikesky.com on Nov 21, 2019. When, according to the website's order tracker, products still hadn't shipped by Dec 2, I reached out via email to [email protected] to inquire about the status of my order. It was only after I reached out that a representative told me one of the items I ordered was sold out (despite the fact that the item in the same color and size was still posted to their website) and asking me to select another item. This happened three times -- I got confirmation my order was being processed and shipped, I reached out to contact them several days later when the order tracker still said my order was pending, I was told one of my items was sold out (though all products are still posted online) and asked to select alternate items. On Jan 17, 2020, I told the company via email that they needed to provide confirmation that the package had been sent (via a FedEx tracking number) or I would be cancelling my order and requiring a refund. They then provided a tracking number, but now, 12 days later, FedEx shows that the company never provided the package for shipment. I believe the company merely created a label but never shipped any product. Demanding a refund, I was told that since the package had been "shipped," no refund would be provided. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and am awaiting the outcome of that petition.
