The owner - Tiffany fails to reply to messages / ship on time. I have been having to fight with the bank for a dispute. When received the elf sweaters it is so poorly made. When she replies to you it will brief with no true answer - you can message on Facebook or Email but it is rare you will get a reply. Or the shipment

I ordered a taylor swift crewneck sweatshirt back in early August. Several weeks later I had heard no updates on shipping so I contacted the website via email and heard no response back. I contacted my credit card company who did reimburse me the dollar amount. About 6 weeks later, I received the product. It’s a cheap material and doesn’t match the image shown on the website. Speaking with others on Facebook who also bought from this person (Tiffany Shaw), they have all had similar experiences or have had products with misspellings and errors.
