I ordered some mascara from their direct website spidanco.com on February 13th and received a text message stating I would get an email when my order was shipped. I have emailed this company several times with no response and still have not heard anything via email. The total amount they took was 25.99 from my bank account.

I paid for 2 products of mascara for a total of $26. My credit card was able to refund $20. I saw this ad on Pinterest. The only contact info is an email. No phone number.
