It was right after my husband passed away & thought I was contacting HP support but instead I was scammed, they held my computer files for ransomed, they put a tacking device on my computer to track me and all my information. I have paper receipts to prove it, they are all from India but give the customer American names like Kevin Connor, I have paper receipts if u need them. Although they have an LLC they are scamners. They hold ur files for ransome if u don’t continue to pay them. Then they track all of ur information with an app called Suprimo.

I would like these people caught & my money returned to me, they still contact me to this day. But I keep blocking their number.
