This company says they will help self employed people and small businesses with document service. They say if you pay your money before 1pm PST you will have the document the same day. I made my purchase at 11:52 PST, received a confirmation for my payment and for me to double check all my information entered. I replied it was correct and I was supposed to receive the document the same day. This was on Friday, April 26th and I have yet to receive anything from them. I sent an email Friday night at 10pm that the time had passed and that I wanted a refund since I had to pay another company for the product. On Monday afternoon I still had no document or reply, so I called and there was no answer multiple attempts. Today I went online to do a live chat and the representative Maxwell said they received my email about refund but the work had been completed. It does me no good if you completed the work and never sent the information over. He said he would sent an email right then with proof. That was over an hour ago and I still haven't received anything. I had to open a fraud case with my credit card company and I am taking the steps to report this company as a scam. Any self employed people or small businesses do yourself a favor,keep good records so you never even have to think about getting someone to help you with documents.This website is an absolute scam, don't be another victim!!!!
