We called Speedy Appliance Service to come and fix the oven. They said we had to pay $85 cash for the initial visit, which we agreed to. The man came and said he could not give us a quote on the repair. He went outside call his "boss' to get the quote. I called their office and they kept telling me I had to pay the $85. At that point, I told them we agreed to pay the $85 and they kept yelling at me. I asked over and over again how much the actual repair would cost and they would not answer. The driver then drove away but the representative said he was still here. She denied the fact that I watched him drive away, saying he was still here. The manager then got on the phone and just like his representative kept saying i had to pay $85 cash. They scared my parents and I believe they were here to scam them because they are older and have an accent. Please look into them, Im sure this isn't the first time they have done this.
