First called,left message that they were spectrum calling about a promotion about 50% off of your bill. Called number above and they had the spectrum lady as usual. They explained if you pay 6 mos. in advance 1/2 of your previous bill with a target gift card the promotion will last for 3 yrs. You than had only a certain amount 9f time to call the number back.
