I was told the supervisor, xccence and Welter would come to my home on March 3, 2023, with small box to set up internet service and provide a iPhone 10, $50 up front then monthly payments of $22. Instead a HUGE box arrived from spectrum within a day or two I was completely responsible for. Spectrum reps lied, no customer service reconciliation possible.
