He keeps calling telling me he is from Spectrum. Told me I could get a discount. He keeps calling. We called Spectrum and they said they would not call by that number. He is very persistent. He said if I made a payment I could get the discount. Sometimes they have promotions. I think he is trying to scam people.

Voice message went to my voice message box message said they were from Spectrum and my bill would change by 40% I don’t have Spectrum
