Talked to me as if they had my account. I did not give information where I live. They even told me the last 4 numbers of my credit card. They really couldn't use that card because I just recently got a new card so the old card was invalid I was tld it was sponsored by Target and that I would have to either open a charge at Target or purchase 2 gift cards of $240. each. They also said to make sure they were a gift for people and not for a business because I would have to pay more for the cards. They gave me an authorization code for when I was to called back the billing department at 855-845-7800. They told me that I would be paying up front for the year of 2024 and then they would be billing me for the next 2years $40.00 each month which they said would be half of what I pay. I really pay $79.00 a month. They sent me an email but I'm sorry I deleted it. This occured on December 26,2023.

James from Spectrum called to try and upgrade me to the new 5G network by resetting my router box. He stated all the fees and that it would save me money but I'd have to pay so much upfront by money order.
