I called the number 8662007644 given to me by a Spectrum residential service employee to pay my final business bill. The # was answered by a male who identified himself as Jack Williams & Spectrum business. He had all my account info along with the amount owed on the account. After giving him my payment info I received a fraud alert from my bank. A company by the name of Gravity Tech attempted to withdraw the payment instead of Spectrum. I have since cancelled my card & spoken to Spectrum, they DO NOT process any payments through 3rd parties. I also received a call from 6064985443 claiming to be Spectrum after my account had been officially paid & closed.
