I was online hoping to find german shepherd puppies for sale. I came across a web site that I thought was ok. They showed pictures of the puppies they had and promised to ship for free. I paid for the puppy 600 and as I wait for delivery, I received a email from a company claiming there was a problem with shipping and will cost me $950.00 to have the dog shipped to me.
