Person called and told me they could lower my interest on my credit cards. As soon as I asked which credit card company they were from...the guy specifically told me he was not with any credit card companies. I then asked "why are you soliciting me when my number is on the Do Not Call List, and do you know your calling a Texas number?". Before I could finish my sentence he hung up, and I immediately called back within 3 seconds and the number is no longer in service. And has been like that for 30 minutes now.
