This company seeks out mortgages to buy from reputable companies that a consumer may be late in payments...even if you have worked it with your current mortgage company due a major life issue and they suppress the late payment...SLS buys the loan convincing the prior mortgage company they are a risk to them...let us take them off your hands...so they buy your loan and start you off in late payments owing a huge amount of money to bring you current, adding it up month after month putting you more and more in debt. Then they report you to the creditors as not paying.

They do not return phone calls and give you the run-around. Be very wary if your mortgage company is suckered into selling YOUR loan to them.
