We emailed them and asked how old was the puppy, did it come with a health guarantee and where they were located. We tried to call but they did not answer. We received an email back that was long, very repetitive and said they will reserve the puppy with our personal info. Then we need to wire money to their account. Once money was received they have a special delivery company that actually hand delivers the puppies — even same day— anywhere in the country. And, these puppies come potty trained. This all sounded way too good to be true. Which prompted me to do research and no business license was found. They claimed to have been doing this for over 10 years. They did not include their names and the final red flag was the fact that the name of the town was misspelled. They spelled Charleroi “Charleraoi”.
